1) Restorative yoga is a two-hour class where all poses are fully supported ensuring total relaxation and is offered frequently.                              2)  Introduction to Yoga is a series of four classes usually offered two or more times a year.                              3)  Refining The Pose is a single class (workshop) focusing on alignment, opening within the body, and attention to the benefits of specific postures and offered at various times.                              4)  Yoga with a Chair for those with mobility issues (arthritis, injury/surgical recovery/rehab, or conditions limiting ROM or weight bearing) offered during summer.
